Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Deliveries outside Dhaka may take 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Yes, we offer free delivery inside Dhaka for orders over ৳5,000. A flat shipping fee of ৳120 applies to orders below this amount.
Yes, unused fabric in its original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Care instructions vary by fabric type. In general, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash in cold water for silk and Jamdani weaves, while cotton and linen can typically be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
